CitadelTech was part of the successful consortium for the design and construct of one of Australia’s most advanced hospitals, the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) valued at $2.4B. Following the successful construction, we were engaged by the facility operator Spotless to provide a fully managed service for all systems we installed and continue to provide this service.

CitadelTech has designed and installed collaboration infrastructure across more than 300 spaces withing the Royal Adelaide Hospital. • 40 operating theatres including integrated VC, data recording and tele-health systems • 60 intensive care unit rooms, 78 consulting rooms and over 30 meeting rooms • Teaching rooms including a lecture theatre, seminar rooms and learning studios including video conferencing, recording and online collaboration tools • Digital location and wayfinding kiosks, digital signage, and information displays • 18 mobile video conferencing units
Managed services and support
CitadelTech continues to provide a managed support service for all systems that we previously installed. We were engaged by the facility operator, Spotless, to provide these services under strict SLA’s. Depending on support priorities, these include on-site support within 30 minutes.
Results
Testament to our ability to maintain strong customer relationships, in 2015 our support contract was renewed for an additional 5 years. CitadelTech is proud to work to work with a world-class facility like the Royal Adelaide Hospital and continues to develop and improve this relationship to ultimately provide the highest level of patient care.
